Main profile of our locksmith industry activities:
The production of vehicle seats. We have been manufacturing seats for utility vehicles (tractors, forklifts, trucks) for 28 years, in various designs and structures. The seats include air spring seats as well as mechanical spring component seats. For the purpose of ensuring comfort we produce Horizon seats and Rotating Cushion Swivel seats as well as seats with equipped with their own compressors.
The design of the upholstery may be various shape, material and color. Upon request, we equip the seats with back lengtheners, spine support, heating and various size armrests. The client determines the comfortability of the seat in every case.
Thanks to our self-developed railway engine seats, 8 years ago we became the exclusive supplier of MÁV Zrt and GYSEV Zrt.
In the course of our developments, Intercity+ train seats have also become part of our profile. With these seats we won the open EU public procurement tender announced by MÁV-START ZRT, for the delivery of 1,320 seats.
Our train seats include single person seats as well as two and three person seats, in right and left side design. Their comfort function is enhanced by the fact that while moving the sitting plates forward the reclining angle of the back support increases, and the headrest follows the back support with vertical downward movement.
In the designing of seats we were the first among seat manufacturing companies to apply composite materials in the case of load bearing components. These materials comply with the requirements of fire safety standards and the sufficient solidness of the seats along with weight reduction.
Our main products include various size and type computer controlled fireplace bodies, their surface treatment and the manufacturing of electronics containers.
Furthermore, we have manufactured palettes for the transport of building structure components, automotive industry components (e.g. AUDI engine transport palette, AUDI axle shaft palette, AUDI TT façade wall transport palette, etc.), glass transport and service palettes.
Main profile of our rubber industry activities:
Manufacturing rubber components, brake system sealant sets, rubber bellows, rubber trestles for cars and trucks. Our most important products include rubber components for gas industry equipment, membranes, metal-rubber bonded components. In addition to these, rubber components of electronic equipment are produced in our factory, as well as the rubber covering of industrial assemblies, butterfly valve casings from Ø 50 to Ø 400 mm. For a long time, we have been indirect suppliers of SUZUKI ZRT, delivering rubber components to them.
We perform the manufacturing of components on computer controlled press machines, with the application of press technologies. On the manufactured rubber components, depending on the product’s shape, we apply manual or machine deburring.
